The Misadventures of Seth and Drey

I nodded, then did as Drey told me, keeping quiet and alert.

Alright, when I say go...
I glanced around making sure they were ready.
GO! I jumped out to grab whoever was there.

Kuroi and I leaped as well, ready to do whatever was necessary if this person fought back.

*Kain jumped and grabed the mystery person with Drey*

The person gave a cry as we all jumped out at once and grabbed him. "Get the hell off me!" he yelled.
I gave a start. It was just a kid. "Hold on guys, let him go," I said, and backed up in a small circle.
The boy rolled his arms painfully. "Jeez, what was that for?!" He had short spiky black hair and bright green, defiant eyes, and was reletively skinny and lean.
"Sorry," I appologized. Why did this boy look familiar? He even smelled familiar. "We thought you might be...hey, what's up?"
I glanced at Kragis, who hadn't move since we let the kid go. The boy glanced at him in annoyance. "What are you staring--" and then froze. Kragis stared at him with eyes wide in disbelief. So did the other Kragis.
"AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!" they both yelled and pointed.
"You're me!!" both Kragis's exclaimed.

I glanced back and forth between the younger Kragis and the older Kragis, utterly confused. "Wait a minute, what the hell is going on here?"
Kuroi just stared at them with his unreadable expresion.

K: wait we didnt just get younger. we must have gone back in time to!

"Back in time?! What the heck are you talking about?!" both Kragis's exclaimed, then glared at eachother. "Stop copying me!"
I just stared at the situation in utter confusion. ...what...the...heck...?
And then a scent that sent all my alarms off reached me. Drakes.

I looked at Drey, who seemed to tense up a little. I looked to Kuroi, who gave me a look that for once I could easily read. Our friend had sensed on this world the same scent he'd caught on me when we first met. The smell of Drakes.

*Kain notices Dreys expresion*

K: is there something i'm missing here?

I looked at Kain and connected with his mind, not positive if I should say it out loud. Well, you know that Dragons and Drakes don't get along, right?

K: "yeah why?"

K: "gotcha"

OOC: ...dang it. I've lost all direction I was going with this one.

OOC: Um... You want us to make something random happen, or you just want to start this bit over?

OOC: I really don't know. Maybe make something random happen. I need to reread the last few pages, though.
